- 以Top Disc和Support Disc, Vacuum Disc构成

- 用Seal Disc材质使用Tefl on的情况弱于高温
- 有利于逆压, 真空, 脉动
- 必要时可以适用Vacuum Support
- 适合 中／低压
- 跟随Seal Disc材质耐腐蚀性强
- 跟随Seal Disc材质温度适用范围受限制
