    Rupture Disc Introduction

임직원 모두 하나 된 마음으로 신뢰가 기본인 회사를 만들어 갑니다.

    What is a 'Rupture Disc'?

A non-mechanical safety device to release overpressure exceeding the limit pressure in the pressure system.

    Application period

When there is a sudden pressure increase, such as during a runaway reaction.

When there is concern that other safety devices may be compromised due to accumulated debris.

    When no leakage is permitted.

    When using highly corrosive fluids.

When a large, instantaneous release capacity is required, such as during polymerization reactions.

Unfavorable conditions, such as high or low temperatures.

    characteristic

Special materials and construction (easy material selection, economical) and no size restrictions

Consistent burst performance and full fluid discharge

    Instantaneous maximum discharge

Wide range of operating environments (corrosive, high temperature, liquids, gases, steam, powders, etc.)

    Zero leakage

    Extended safety valve life

Discharge-side piping inspection possible during process operation

    Extended major repair periods

    Easy handling and cost savings
