Burst Sensor
Burst detection sensor

Installed on the upper part of the Rupture Disc Holder, it maintains a Normal On signal. When the pressure inside the tank or piping exceeds the specified limit and the rupture disc bursts, the sensor film breaks, causing the signal to switch Off. This allows separate monitoring devices or DCS equipment to detect the rupture. It is a burst detection sensor for rupture discs.

A cable-type Burst Sensor integrated with the rupture disc. Installed while attached to the rupture disc, it maintains a Normal On signal. When the pressure inside the tank or piping exceeds the specified limit and the rupture disc bursts, any designated break point in the cable disconnects, causing the signal to switch Off. This allows separate monitoring devices or DCS equipment to detect the rupture. It is a burst detection sensor for rupture discs.
